If your child is going to be absent from school, please contact us in one of the following ways:

Phone 04 939 2055, press 1 and follow instructions to leave a message. This can be done at anytime (24 hours).

Will Your Child Be Absent for Some Time?
If you know you're going to be away from school for 3 days or more during term time (holiday within or outside NZ, hospitalisation, etc), click here and complete this form. Please email it to reception@waterloo.school.nz or hand it in at the office and the response will be returned to your child to bring home.
