School Notices via Signmee
Signmee is our online service for managing home-school communications. We have chosen to use Signmee as it allows our school to create and send online forms that can be completed and signed by parents without the need for printing and returning. Here are a few things we plan to use Signmee for:
In the future you will receive Signmee forms which need to be completed and signed (using a password).
When you try to fill in your first form, you will be directed to a page to create a new Signmee account. You will also need to provide a few pieces of information for verification - an alternative email address and phone number.
Once you have created your account, you will have a personal Signmee Inbox. This is where all your forms and notices will be stored.
My Signmee Inbox (available once you create a Signmee account):
You can access your forms and notices in Signmee at any time. Go to www.signmee.com and click on the 'Log in' at the top of the screen. Once you sign in with your login details, you will have access to your Inbox. This is what the Inbox will look like.

- Medical forms
- Notifications and updates (including emergency notifications)
- Booking forms
- Sports events
- Performing arts events
- Fundraising forms
- Newsletters

Signmee alerts:
When we send a form or notice to you, you will receive an email alert, with a link to it. At times we may also sent a text alert, which will also have a link to a Signmee form (available for smart phones) Changing your email address: If you need to update your email address, you can do this from your account settings at any time. Please notify the school as well, so that we can update your contact details in our student system. Problems and support If you have any problems creating an account or accessing a form or notice, simply click on the help icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. Type in the issue you are having and use the camera/screen shot icon to send an image of the issue back to the support team.
